it wont kill you if you're healthy. the people dying had prior conditions/parasites/sickness and were either very young or very old.

just a teaser, i'll post the rest later.
“……I don’t get it…..” I said as we looked at the ruined body of the once proud Demon Lord.
“What?” asked Emma.
“Last time we fought Beelzemon, we almost couldn’t beat him…”
“This fight wasn’t easy!” said ShadowOmnimon.
“Yeah, I know, but still….it was easier than last time,”
“That’s because when you destroyed him last time, all the data he absorbed was released,” The voice came from nowhere, but everywhere at the same time. “Since he lost all that data, he lost all that power too,”
The ground cracked, and split open, with geysers of fire spewing out. Before us was something none of us had expected……Lucemon had returned.
“But, but how?!” Mike blurted out. “You were absorbed by Beelzemon!”
“Didn’t you hear what I just said? The data he absorbed was released. This means I was reborn.”
He gazed upon Beelzemon’s corpse, and extended his hand. The body of the Demon Lord began to dissipate, and the particles of data gathered at Lucemon’s hand. He was engulfed in a pale blue light with a black aura surrounding it. When the light vanished, before us was something no one had ever seen before………it had Lucemon’s same basic structure, but his skin was a pale blue, he had the lightning design under both eyes, was clad completely in black leather, and had spiked knuckle gloves, cut off at the fingers. Hanging from his wrists were iron chains, and emerging from his back were Beelzemon’s wings. We couldn’t believe our eyes.
“……Surprised? This is my final form……Abyss Mode…..”
He blasted forward, and was instantaneously before Ophanimon.
“ABYSS FIST!!” He bombarded the angel with a volley of spiked punches. He then pulled back his right arm and delivered a hard right fisted blow to Emma’s stomach, knocking her to the ground.
We were utterly astounded. This was unlike anything we had seen before. Omnimon rose to challenge the demon. They took to the skies. They Dark Royal Knight slashed at Lucemon. He evaded, and dodged the Nightmare Cannon blast.
“Demon knuckle!” Lucemon fired a blast from his fist, striking ShadowOmnimon in the right shoulder. He then teleported in front of Mike and Tyler’s partner.
“Abyss Fist!!” The barrage proved too much. The vicious attack shattered Omnimon’s armor. He reverted to his two Rookie forms. As Gabumon and BlackAgumon lay there, I saw all hope vanish from Tyler’s eyes.
As Lucemon floated above the wounded Rookies, an iron claw pierced his abdomen. As MetalTigermon jerked the blood-stained claw from the demon’s stomach, Lucemon turned to face him.
“Gatlin Blast!!” He shelled off an entire ammo belt into the wound, and then slid in his claw, and fires his photon beam in the same spot, and added six Plasma Rockets into the arsenal. When the smoke cleared…..Lucemon hadn’t even flinched.
“I’m sorry, were you actually trying? I thought you were playing around.” My partner’s eyes grew wide with fear. He had thrown everything at Lucemon, and it didn’t matter. The Demon Lord blasted forward.
“ABYSS FIST!!!!” This barrage seemed to come harder than the other two….as the knuckles slammed into the cyborg again and again, I felt my heart turn to lead. My partner held up his left arm to block the concentrated punch, only to have it blown to pieces. He plummeted to the ground, causing a twenty foot deep crater. I didn’t want to see what he looked like. My head told me to stay away, but my heart and body forced me to move toward the crevice. As I gazed into the hole, I nearly threw up. Tigermon’s body was mangled, swollen and bleeding nearly beyond recognition. His right eye was swollen shut, his left hand was crushed and his skull was dented in multiple places. I felt the moisture filling my eyes, but I forced them back. I approached, and knelt beside him.
“Able…..” he said, his voice was hoarse, and gagged, “I’m….sorry….I failed…”
“….You haven’t failed anything….he was just too strong……perhaps this was inevitable….”
His body began to glow with a soft light. “We’ve never given up…and I’m not about to start…” he gasped.
The light grew. “If you won’t give up, then I won’t either….” I extended my hand. I’m not sure, but I think my body was illuminated as well. When Tigermon’s hand grasped mine, our bodies were enveloped in a bright, warm light.
“Tigermon, Biomerge Digivolve to……”
I can’t think of any way to describe this…..I was engulfed in a blanket of warm illumination. If I had to put it in words….I would have to say….this is what I imagine it would be like to be touched by God….not only had I become a Digimon. Not only had my partner and I become one. Not only had we become a Mega…..we had become something far more than that……
………We had become…..one of the Royal Knights…..
“LEOPARDMON!!!!!”
Gathering the wind beneath our wings, we took to the skies to face our adversary.
