Debate is an actual after school activity. The NFL, the National Forensics League, is in charge of Speech, Debate, and Student Congress. Each month in the US, they release the topic for Public Forum, a partner devision of Debate similar to Policy, but not as long or wordy. The topic for December is the one stated.
