I would have love to see them do a follow up on them, maybe set before the movie "Runaway Locomon". We know they get there Digimon back, but it would be nice to see how they did and what all happens. Maybe have Jeri get Leomons egg. Theres alot they could have done with this. Maybe season six?
Just would like to get your opinions on it.

Tamers was my favorite season, but I'd like it to stay where it is. It ended on that note that there was a possibility of a second season, but it also left the rest to our imaginations. So my vote would be against them continuing Tamers. I would rather see a Savers 02.

Indeed, Tamers was also my favorite season. But I think I would enjoy a tamers 02, just because of my love for the characters. It wouldn't necessarily have to show how they got their digimon back, I like how they left that part up to our imaginations. ;p

As do I... Leaving it to imagination is the best. The continuation of Adventure didn't go too well, so if they were to continue Tamers, it might lead to the same fate, but if they did it right, it would be the coolest thing in the world.

Well, there are the drama CDs, which discuss some about the CCs and their Digimon after the series ended...
But a continuation of Tamers won't happen. I don't even think a continuation of Savers will. Leave them as they end. Then you won't have to be upset that the sequel screwed up your favorite characters in ways you didn't think possible.

That's the main bad things with too many sequels. The usually don't live up to the hype and expectations. Just like with FF-X2. Final Fantasy as a whole is kick-butt hands down but their first sequel was frickin' retarded.

Maybe if they approached it like they did Digimon 02 with new Tamers and the old Tamers showing up now and then, I'd really like that. i dont know about that...the second season ruined the characters of the first for most people...but i would like to see something more of Tamers...it doesnt have to be a whole season...and i do like how they left it up to our imagination...but sometimes i cant help wonder "what on earth were they thinking?!?!?!" (or maybe what in the digital world...) i LOVE Tamers...and the way it ended while good was very sudden...i just think that they could have explained more. so yeah...im kinda split on this issue... *sigh* lol  |
