Wow machinedramon looks awesome, I love the style! Does this style have a name? It looks very much like its come from a dot matrix printer.
Seeing as youre taking suggestions, do omnimon! (just because hes awesome)

I generated script that does mouseclicks in paint window (ken's head + mahinedramon = ~130000 mouse clicks). I can upload my script or compile it into exe if you are interested. I thought could generate 1 function for every body part and then anyone could mix they're own digimon. like machindramon who have ken's head or agumon with wargreymon's claws.

What do you think, should I draw with colors or leave it black and white only.

I don't know if that style has name I just scanned for some colors, and then drawed them as black (actually it can be any color you choose before you start drawing).

i like it in black and white, its an original style which looks really good for complicated character like machinedramon. How does the script know where to put the dots? do you draw the image in that style first, and then it can duplicate it? or can it follow some sort of refrence material?

Script has fixed coordinates + offset to move picture on diferent place. I haven't tried but it should possible to draw image on wall in 3D shooting games if every bullet leave hole on wall.


Omnimon was bit dificult but here it is. What makes it diferent from machindedramon is it doesn't have lines on it's boty, omnimon is mostly made of colored areas. If you look at machinedramon, you will see darkgrey lines on grey, that makes my painting nicer.

Offtopic: Do you know if there's other digimon series like 01 and 02 where fight against eveil digimon takes place in city? (not counting digimon 3, cus in this move they fight against everyone..also is there known digimon series where other than gabumon and agumon can warp? (not counting movies).

In 02 they can warp digivolve and im not sure but in series 6 its kinda like warp digivolving

Theres a good dew battles in the city in data squad/savers, but i didnt really understand your question.
And beelzamon in series 6 it is not warp digivolving, its much closer to DNA digivolving, warp digivolution is where they digivolve whilst skipping one or more levels inbetween (agumon to wargreymon skips champion and ultimate, he digivolves straight to mega from rookie) I hate in digimon savers when they say double warp digivolve because thats plain wrong and opposes the deffinition

Thinking how to collect data and how to draw it took few hours. first 10 minutes to find him, then I had to do experiments because as you can see I have only 6 diferent patterns so I had to test and combine them because if you draw his red cape and white body with same patttern, you wouldn't see his body anymore.

I am wondering why didn't they give just anyone megas when they made up mega forms for all 8 digimon. Maybe it's just because dark masters would be too boring if everyone had megas.

Also isn't armor digivolving bit wrong? it shows that veemon digivolves to agumon.... and then wargreymon into flamedramon. but then shouldn't flamedramon be stronger than wargreymon?

And for beginner, Holsmon might look like mega form of biyomon because it shows how garudamon digivolues to Holsmon.

The reason they shows the series one digimon in the background when they armour digivolve is because they held whichever crest the season 2 digimon is using when it armour digivolves. From what i can work out power level for standard armour digimon is somewhere between rookie and champion, if you want the reasoning behind it then i'll start a new thread (we seem to go of topic a little to easily dont we)

For the sake of staying on topic; so basicly its eaiser for you to do machine type/non organic digimon with this?

I go by color I want. If mon has many clearly visible lines on it, it looks more like machinedramon, if mon has only colors it looks more like ken/omnimon. For Ken I just picked his hair color and then picked all similar colors (shade-variation that can be between 0 and 255). In my opinion lines make machinedramon look nicer.

About power your right but I am wondering why they show you all levels from rookie to ulitimate/mega before theyreach to armor.?

So how complex does the digimon have to be (in you opinon) before it looks good in this style? Is a digimon like Metalseadramon complex enough (not as simple as omnimon but not as many lines a machinedramon)

Because they are using the same crest that the digimon shown in the background used in the previous series, they could have just showed the rookie i suppose but then the image wouldent be there long enough to validate doing it...

One thing that might help is add clearly visible border around details you wan't to show. For example if you want to show yellow skull on light yellow, it's goood idea to draw purple,black,red,green or blue (all full colors, not mixed) border around yellow skulls white border might be quite bad idea, but if you have dark monsters, white border might work as good as others.

Offtopic:
Have you ever looked at code on izzy's laptop? I am talking about adventure 01 where they meet andromon. Izzy is like 7 or 8, but if you look closely whats written on his laptop screen, you see there quitecomplex code, and what's amazin is that one function has word fractal in it's name. I am wondering what does 7 or 8 years old kid know about fractals.

i dont know what fractals other than the style of code shown in the later series they call fractal code, izzy's supposed to be a genius, i would immagine that there are kids that know stuff like this out there, but not many. Seeing as its an anime they can do that really, especially as hes the only one in the group who i would consider an unusal kid.

Fractals are very comlicated math, fractals are graphics that infinately repeat it self while you zooming in or out.

As you can see parabol and line and circle or what ever you draw in math lessons is nothing comared to fractal.

I am wondering if there's any 7-8 years old kids who can make up equation for fractal.
